Shipping Policy
Fast, tracked delivery across the United States.

Where we ship
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including APO/FPO/DPO military addresses and P.O. boxes. We do not currently ship internationally.
Order processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 pm ET or on weekends begin processing the next business day.
Shipping methods, costs and delivery times

Total delivery time = processing time + transit time. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before payment. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and military addresses may take 2–5 extra business days.
International-warehouse items
Some products ship from our supplier’s international warehouse. These items are clearly marked on their product page and take 8–15 business days to arrive after dispatch, with full tracking. Standard shipping costs are the same as above. Expedited shipping applies to U.S.-warehouse items only — international-warehouse items always ship by standard international delivery. If your order contains items from both warehouses, they may arrive in separate packages.
Carriers and tracking
We ship with USPS and UPS. As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also view your order status in your account.
Delays, lost or damaged packages
Carrier delays caused by weather or high volume can happen. If your tracking has not updated for 5 business days, or your package arrives damaged, contact us and we will help — including sending a replacement or refund for packages confirmed lost or damaged in transit.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away — we can update it if the order has not shipped yet.
